Original Paintings

Perhaps the ultimate Harper collectable is a hand-painted original by Charley himself. A very few lucky collectors will have the priviledge of owning one. Why not be one of them?

This page contains only original paintings by Charley's hand. They are done in either gouache (very much like heavily pigmented watercolor), or acrylic.

The discovery of a trove of more than 100 original Charley Harper paintings that were part of the private Corporate Art Collection of the Ford Motor Company was recently announced by Charley's estate. These works herald from the 1940's through the mid 1970's, and each of the paintings appeared at one time or another in either the Ford Times or Lincoln Mercury Times magazines.
